About
Kai Rudell (he/him) is an Actor, Animator, Comedian and Illustrator who has been telling stories in one form or another for over a decade. He cut his narrative teeth in the on-the-spot world of improv comedy, where he is currently a mainstage player at Vancouver’s Tightrope Theatre and a member of the Asian-Canadian improv troupe Fistful of Kicks.
He holds a BA English Honours from Bishop’s University in Sherbrooke, Quebec with a specialization in Film and Media Studies.
Kai brings his many experiences and multi-disciplinary approach to story-telling to his visual work, pulling from a wide net of influences.
